JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 16-07-2015 None appears on behalf of the petitioner nor there is any representation on behalf of the private respondent. Mr. Manish Kumar, learned Government Pleader No.8 appears for the State to submit that the matter has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time for the grievance raised by the petitioner was in relation to cancellation of long-term settlement of jalkar made in his favour for a period of 10 years i.e. from 1994-95 and which has since ended in 2004-05. Learned counsel for the State may be correct in his submission but since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner hence for the present, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
