JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "I) For setting aside the order dated 03.10.2013 passed in Case No. 100 D.M.

Aurangabad / 2012 by the learned Deputy Director Welfare Department Magadh Division, Gaya whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner has been rejected and order dated 29.02.2012 passed in appeal Case No.181 of 2011 passed by the District Programme Officer Aurangabad has been confirmed.

ii) For setting aside the order dated 29.02.2012 passed in Appeal Case No.181 of 2011 passed by the District Programme Officer Aurangabad.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16156 of 2014(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 Iii) For also quashing the letter no.121 dated 28.04.2012 issued by the C.D.P.O. Daudnagar whereby the petitioner has been removed from Aangan Badi Sahayika of Gareri Tola Centre Code No. 165.

iv) For to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Angan Badi Sahayika at the Center Code No.165 Gareri Tola Daudnagar."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
