2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No.270 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 304-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The accused/petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 16.06.2022.

4. The allegation against the petitioner is to cause death of the daughter of the informant alongwith other coaccused person/family members due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry either for cash or kind not explained through present F.I.R.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

No.19285 of 2023(3) dt.31-07-2023 2/3 petitioner submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case only for the reason that he is father of the husband of the deceased and out of said relation being in-laws, he is implicated in the present case, where entire thrust of allegation is available against the husband of deceased. It is also submitted that petitioner is living separately at Delhi and having no connections with the daily and domestic affairs with deceased and her husband. While concluding the argument, it is submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and moreover, investigation of this case has been completed, for which, charge-sheet has already submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

6. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, opposes the prayer for bail.

7.In view of the facts and circumstances as mentioned above as implication of petitioner appears only being in-laws i.e., father-in-law coupled with the fact that charge-sheet has already submitted, where petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2022, accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No.270 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
