2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 76, 303(2), 352, 351(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the F.I.R., the accused persons including the petitioner abused the informant and when informant objected then this petitioner assaulted him with iron rod. When the son of informant came to rescue, the petitioner assaulted him with kudal. It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted the family members of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely

Further submission is that petitioner and informant are co-sharers and there is land dispute between the parties due to which, a free fight took place in which, both the parties got injured. There is case and counter case between the parties. Co-accused persons, namely, Gopal Ray and Tetri Devi have been enlarged on anticipatory bail by the learned Trial Court. It is next submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is not corroborated by the injury report. No injury has been found on the head of the Anirudh Kumar and the injuries found on body are simple in nature. Petitioner is a young boy, aged about 23 years, having no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of learned counsel for the parties, nature of injury, young age of the petitioner and his clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-I,
