JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 31-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel representing BISCOMAUN.

At an earlier occasion, show-cause was filed on behalf of opposite party whereupon learned counsel for the petitioners sought for an adjournment to verify the genuineness of the assertion with regard to the compliance of the order impugned. Learned counsel for the petitioners is fair in submitting that he has received information from one of his clients regarding compliance, but could not been informed at the end of remaining. In the background of aforesaid event, there happens to be some strength with regard to the averments having been made in the show-cause over compliance of the order impugned and further, giving an opportunity to the petitioners that in case, they feel that still due subsists, may have an opportunity to seek proper remedy, instant petition being pending since 1998
