2. The petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2016 in connection with Excise Case No. 153 of 2016 for the alleged offences under Section 47(A) of the Bihar Excise Act.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Considering the quantity being only 400 ml. of country liquor having been recovered from the petitioner and having regard to the period of custody undergone, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27384 of 2016 (2) dt.19-07-2016 Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Mahendra Prasad, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Excise Case No. 153 of 2016.
