2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Dighalbank P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 21(b) and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 102.23 grams of brown sugar has been recovered from the petitioners, who are in custody since 13.01.2025 and claim clean antecedent.

4. Considering the quantum of recovery and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18232 of 2025(4) dt.23-07-2025 2/3 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, (NDPS Act), Kishanganj/ concerned Court in connection with Dighalbank P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025.

6. The petitioners will also mark attendance in Gowal Pokhar Police Station, District- Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.

7. At the time of accepting bail bonds of the petitioners, the Court below will verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioners. If it is found that the petitioners have criminal antecedent, the Court below shall not accept the bail bonds of the petitioners and if it is found that the petitioners has clean antecedent, their bail bonds shall be accepted by the Court below.

8. After being released on bail, the petitioners are directed to appear in the Court personally till the framing of charge. After the framing of charge, the petitioners will cooperate in the trial either by appearing personally or through their lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Noncompliance of the condition will result in
