JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One mobile set and one Hexa blade are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. The informant claims that lock of one of the shops was found broken and petitioner and his associates accepted that they had come to commit theft in nearby shops. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Sahil Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh
