Petitioner is accused in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 99 of 2018 registered under Section 354 of the I.P.C. and section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 19.12.2018. Further submission is that on perusal of supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that the matter has been settled by filing compromise petition jointly.

Case No. 99 of 2018.
