Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. For land dispute, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and others of commission of assault and theft. There is case and counter case. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3026 of 2018 (2) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Dhoraiya Police Station Case No. 196 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
