2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 504, 506 and 354B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8, 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of eve-teasing and committing assault is against co-accused Ankit Kumar Singh. So far as this petitioner is concerned, he is only alleged to have assisted the co-accused Ankit Kumar Singh with general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21530 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 268 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
