Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.

One litre Tari was recovered from possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 7.7.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Case No.119 C2 of 2016.
