The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application on behalf of Petitioner against extravagancy of/by Bihur Industrial Area Development Authority including decision taken by Board of Director of the Authority in its meeting on 28.08.2014 at item 23(3) whhereby it has resolved to Purchase decent Vehicle for Comfort of the Managing Director of the Authority."
