Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Murliganj Police Station Case No. 94 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Admittedly, the victim has already returned to her home and her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. No doubt, the victim stated against the petitioner in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C but as per medical report, she was major at the time of alleged occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as also keeping in mind that petitioner is a lady, this

No.34055 of 2014 (2) dt.12-02-2015 2/2 anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Murliganj Police Station Case No. 94 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
