The petitioner is accused in connection with Sasaram Darigaon P.S. Case No. 1224 of 2014 registered under Sections 144, 379, 201, 384 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that one Mahindra Tractor was seized by the forest officials loaded with stone-chips while the labours succeeded to flee away. In the way, one Maruti Alto Car was stopped in front of the Tractor and in that course several people were gathered and succeeded to take away the said Tractor. In course of investigation, it was detected that the Maruti Alto Car was belonging to this petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27580 of 2016 (2) dt.11-07-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner is the owner of the Maruti Alto Car, which was dashed by the Tractor driver and hot-talk was exchanged due to that reason petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 05.05.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram Darigaon P.S. Case No. 1224 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
