This application for grant of regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.01 of 2026, arising out of Kinjer P.S. Case No.152 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 8(c) and 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

About 102.03 gram of smack has been recovered from the pocket of one Vikash Kumar, the brother of the petitioner, who were traveling together.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18394 of 2026(5) dt.23-06-2026 2/2 petitioner and he is in custody since 18.11.2025 without any fault.

Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the petitioner and also the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed. 7.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd, Jehanabad / concerned Court below, in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.01 of 2026, arising out of Kinjer P.S. Case No.152 of 2025. 8.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Jehanabad Police Station on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
