Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 268, 290, 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.

140 litres toddy is said to have been recovered near a cinema hall and petitioners and some others were caught by the informant when they were trying to flee from the place of occurrence. However, having similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.
