JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 184 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 364(A)/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and falsely been implicated in this case. No demand of any ransom was made by the petitioner. Further, no incriminating article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2022. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-XI, Patna in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 184 of 2022.
