2. The petitioner has been preferred for the following relief(s):

That this writ application is being filed for issuance of proper writ/writs, order/orders, direction /directions in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the respondent to make payment of award as per the market value which is going to be acquired for construction of NH-28A from Pipra Kothi to Raxaul going through Jokiyari Village having the Khata

Patna High Court CWJC No. 14303 of 2015(3) dt.14-07-2025 2/2 No. 172, bearing Khesra No. 653 respectively having an area of 0.1800 hectare separately in L.A.

Case 6/2011-12.

3. The District Land Acquisition Officer, East Champaran, Motihari (respondent No. 6), has filed counteraffidavit and according to paragraph No. 9, the petitioner was directed to come forward with the required documents so that the matter is taken to its logical conclusion. The connecting Annexure (letter No. 158) dated 16.02.2023, issued by the District Land Acquisition Officer, East Champaran, Motihari, supports the contention made in the counter-affidavit.

4. In that background, it is expected that the petitioner shall be approaching the concerned respondent, if still not approached along with all the relevant documents so that the matter is taken to its logical conclusion.

5. The writ petition is disposed off with the aforesaid observation.
