2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 672 of 2022 arising out of Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 161 of 2022 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner along with other co-accused persons have fired on the informant's father due to which he died.

4. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34905 of 2024 vide order dated 15.07.2024 and there is no fresh ground to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19920 of 2026(3) dt.01-05-2026 2/2 reconsider the prayer for bail of this petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
