JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 01-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Jhajha P.S. Case No. 214 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation of any specific overt act against the petitioner in the written report. There is specific allegation of assaulting Ramesh Yadav, son of the informant, on his head, against Gopal Yadav and Kailash Yadav. It is further alleged that co-accused Juran Yadav and Ram Khelawan Yadav assaulted another son of the informant with Khanti below his nose causing bleeding injury. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the

No.53706 of 2018 (2) dt.01-10-2018 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 214 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
