2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No.319 of 2015, registered for the offences under Sections 307, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the F.I.R., petitioner is said to have fired upon the victim.

4. It has been submitted by Mr. A.K. Thakur that the petitioner is a business man doing business in Palam, New Delhi, therefore, he could not surrender within time. The petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2025 and he has one criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sitamarhi/concerned Court below, in connection with Riga P.S. Case No.319 of 2015.
