====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Raj Nagar P.S.Case No. 181 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307 and 324 and 341 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that informant's side had gone to clear the water logging, all the accused persons objected it and started assaulting the informant with various weapons and when son of the informant came to rescue him, Bablu Yadav gave a spear blow to him causing his death and other family members were also assaulted when they came to rescue. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that there is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57756 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 no specific overt act against the petitioners and due to some disputes all family members of the petitioners have been made accused in this case and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioners, namely, Ajay Yadav @ Ajay Kumar Yadav and Ram Deo Yadav are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Vikash Jha, J.M. 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Raj Nagar P.S.Case No. 181 of 2017.
