The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No.67 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the same occurrence altercation took place between the parties and two F.I.Rs. were registered; one by the petitioners' side and other by the informant's side, bearing Gamharia P.S. Case No.68 of 2015 and Gamharia P.S. Case No.67 of 2015.

No.33016 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a history of land disputes between the parties and for the same, a Title Suit, bearing Partition Suit No.67 of 2003, has been filed. Considering the nature of allegations made against the parties, the injury reports which are brought on the record and also that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri S.K. Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhepura, in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No.67 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
