2. None appears for the contesting respondents.

3. Having regard to the short question that appellant has not been heard in the matter, we are of the view that learned Single Judge has committed error.

4. Accordingly, order dated 06.02.2025 passed in CWJC No. 1831 of 2025 by the learned Single Judge is set aside and CWJC No. 1831 of 2025 stands restored to its file.

5. Registry is hereby directed to list CWJC No. 1831 of 2025 before the concerned Roster Bench.

6. Accordingly, LPA No. 244 of 2025 stands disposed of. All pending Interlocutory Applications, if any, will stand disposed of.
