The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 980 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b) A/26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is dispute of property between the parties and on account of that altercation took place between them in which both the parties have sustained injuries for which case and counter case has been lodged by both the parties.
