The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 340 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the similarly situated co-accused Pradeep Kumar @ Pradeep Kumar Yadav has been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No.35046 of 2022 on 20.09.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
