Mr. Tej Pratap Singh, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Rivilganj P. S. Case No. 297 of 2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, these petitioners fraudulently sold the land of the informant which he had purchased from one Sunita Sahay vide sale deed dated 20.6.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that dispute is purely regarding sale and purchase of land which is

He further submits that for the same piece of land, Title Suit No. 158 of 2020 is already pending before the learned court below. Petitioners are in custody since 24.10.2024. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. Charge-sheet has already been sumbitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of dispute, clean antecedent and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rivilganj P. S. Case No. 297 of 2024.
