2. The petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2016 in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 88 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the brick kiln from where 170 cartons of country made liquor containing 8368 plastic bottles and several cartons of foreign liquor/beer of different quantities were recovered belonged to Dinesh Mahto and Ajay Kumar Shivam. It is further submitted that petitioner is only a Night Guard of the brick kiln and has no connection with the seized goods.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/Chandran U T
