This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 103 of 2022 arising out of Barahara (Krishnagarh) P.S. Case No. 690/2022 registered under section 21(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act 1985 and 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 14.27 Grams of heroine and also the petitioner is in custody since 28.09.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21659 of 2023(2) dt.22-05-2023 2/2 Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 103 of 2022 arising out of Barahara (Krishnagarh) P.S. Case No. 690/2022.
