The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323,380,307,354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the entire allegations are saddled on the shoulder of the petitioner and the injury report also testifies the allegations made in the First Information Report, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly rejected.
