JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Tandawan P. S. Case No. 61 of 2016, registered under Section and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that two persons namely, Sudhir Singh and Pujari Paswan were apprehended with 66 liter country made liquor, kept in the motorcycle. However, there is no allegation against the petitioner of carrying the liquor but he was made accused because his motorcycle was used, which was taken by Sudhir Singh for personal work and the petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2017.

No.3211 of 2018 (2) dt.30-01-2018 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, Vikash Singh, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge- VII cum- Special Judge, Aurangabad in connection with Tandawan P.
