JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Supaul P.S. Case No. 310 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report.

The First Information Report has been lodged by Chaukidar alleging that one dead body was found lying in the plots in which Mung crops were planted situated west of Kosi Dam. It appeared to be dead body of female and some one had thrown the dead body in order to conceal the same. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. She has been arrested by the police merely on suspicion. There was no

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 12.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 310 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
