JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Twenty bottles of country made liquor are said to have been recovered from the hut of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 22.04.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with P.S.Case No. 104 of 2016.
