The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 290 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 120(B) and 326 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25553 of 2023.

In compliance of the order dated 20.03.2024, a status report has been received dated 22.03.2024 by which it appears that trial will be concluded within a period of six months.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22639 of 2024(3) dt.15-05-2024 2/2 No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner, as such, his prayer is rejected.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed off. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of four months positively failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Shubham/- U T
