The petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2017 in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No.105 of 2017, a case under Sections 467/468/471/420/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2017 with allegation that while getting appointment as teacher he had produced forged educational qualification certificate. Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
