This is an application for quashing of the order dated 29.7.2013 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Tr. No. 1906 of 2013 (arising out of Complaint Case No. 1104C of 2011) whereby cognizance was taken under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Bimlesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he may be permitted to withdraw the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35692 of 2015(2) dt.23-02-2023 2/2 with liberty to raise all the points available to them before the appropriate Court at an appropriate stage, if at all required and the trial is pending.

The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
