This application has been filed for modification of order dated 21.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27746 of 2021. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that mediation proceeding had been successful and both the parties had decided to part ways and they were already staying separately. They had agreed to end to all the litigations between the parties. Considering the above, order

The prayer of anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner is allowed on account of the agreement between the parties dated 10.03.2022 has mentioned above. This modification is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sandeep Kumar in connection with Complaint Case No. 376 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
