The instant suit happens to be of the year 2002 wherein, on 04.07.2011, a prayer was made on behalf of the petitioner/ plaintiff for amendment in order to challenge the deed of gift dated 19.07.1990. The said finding is found duly barricaded by the law of limitation as, for the present, no cogent explanation is found to be given. Accordingly, the instant petition is rejected.
