JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant's bag containing mobile, I-card, ATM card of Union Bank of India and `800/- was snatched leading to the registration of the FIR against unknown. Name of the petitioner sprang up on the confession of co-accused Munna Kumar.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner and only on suspicion, the accusation has been levelled.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32890 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 94 of 2013 pending in the court of learned CJM, Begusarai. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
