====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRAVEEN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Chandan P.S. Case No. 70 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 506 and 34 of I.P.C.

3. As per the allegation, petitioner along with coaccused persons forming a group fraudulently got prepared forged paper of informant's land and started saying that the boundary of the informant is in their land. It has further been alleged that in order to create trouble and to forcibly occupy the boundary in their land, started threatening to kill him and altogether 2 lakhs 80 thousand was taken by this petitioner in

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the total amount of Rupees Two lakh Eighty thousands has been handed over to the informant and nothing remains with the petitioner. It has further been submitted that the amount, so received by the petitioner, was not an amount so as to defraud the informant. It has further been submitted that a compromise has been effected between the parties without any threat or coercion and good sense has prevailed between them.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Learned counsel for the Informant submits and admits that the amount of Rupees Two lakh Eighty thousands have been received by the informant.

6. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

7. Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
