This is the second prayer for anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner, his earlier prayer having been dismissed by me by an order passed on 02.07.2015 in Cr.Misc.Petition No.49686 of 2014.

The facts have been detailed in that order. However, what was contended at the present occasion was that some of the accused persons named in the FIR against whom substantial allegations were also made have been admitted to anticipatory bail by two Benches of the Court. In support of the contention orders passed in Cr.Misc.Petition Nos.19455 of 2014 and 49308 of 2014 respectively on behalf of petitioners Peter Minz and Sumant Kumar Das and Anr. have been brought into my notice. After having considered the above submission in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34024 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 light of the allegations, I do not find any reason to review my rejection order. The prayer is again dismissed in connection with Special Case No.39 of 2014 pending in the Court of Special Judge-Vigilance, Patna.
