It has been alleged by the informant Shakaldeo Ram that on 04.01.2016 at about 4.30 pm, while his grandson Bishwaranjan Kumar Ram was returning to house and reached near the house of Babulal Ram, Babulal Ram, Raj Kr. Ram, Shiv Kr. Ram, Kavlesh Ram caught hold him and further Vikas Ram made a blow from the handle of hand pump over head of Bishwaranjan Kumar Ram at the instigation of Mala Devi (petitioner), Bhagmani Devi and Chanda Devi.

Considering the nature of allegation attributed against the petitioner, namely Mala Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29380 of 2016 (2) dt.26-07-2016 2/2 of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S.

case no. 03/2016.
