JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-05-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 04.02.2020 and is a person of clean antecedents seeks bail in connection with C2-87 of 2020 instituted for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It appears from the record that 123 litres of Nepali liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner from near the Nepal India border.

The petitioner submits that he was only coming towards India when he was intercepted and wrongly made accused in the present case.
