We have specifically posed a question to her whether is she willing to join her husband or not for which she has expressed that she is willing to join him. So also her brother, Jitu Rai, has no issue in respect of wishes of his sister Maneeta Kumari. Taking note of these events, we have requested petitioner Chhatish Kumar @ Satish Kumar to maintain his wife. To that extent give an undertaking in the present case. He has expressed to furnish an undertaking. Taking note of these facts and circumstances, the present petition stands disposed of. (P. B.
