2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing to the authority to publish the result of the petitioners in successful candidates category and further to direct the authority to arrange a fresh physical verification of the petitioners.

3. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have annexed the certificate of the hospital in which

Patna High Court CWJC No.6281 of 2019(3) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 it has been mentioned that petitioners' height are up to the mark as required for selection i.e. more than 160 cm but respondent authority had not considered their case.

4. Counsel for the respondents relied on a judgment in case of Ritu Kumari Vs. The State of Bihar passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 895 of 2014 in which this Hon'ble Court has refused to interfere in the measurement made by the authority but liberty was granted to the petitioner that if the Suit is filed by the petitioner-appellant, the Civil Court shall deal with the suit expeditiously and dispose off the same, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of institution of the suit.

In the light of the observations made by the Hon'ble Division Bench in L.P.A No. 895 of 2014, the present application is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioners that if they so advised to file a suit before the Civil Court then the Civil Court shall dispose off the matter preferably within six months from the date of the institution of the suit.
