The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, in which, cognizance was taken under Sections 341, 323, 326, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 19.11.2018 at about 7 o'clock, there was quarrel between informant (now deceased) and petitioners and thereafter, it is alleged that petitioner no. 1 assaulted her by catching her cloth and petitioner no. 2 sprinkled kerosene oil upon her and set her on fire, but on hulla, cousin brother-in-law came there and extinguished the fire and her husband took her to hospital for treatment.

No.19047 of 2023(2) dt.24-06-2023 2/2 It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that as matter of fact, there was quarrel between the parties and the deceased was a short-tempered lady and thereafter, she attempted to commit suicide. It is further submitted that police, after thorough investigation, submitted final form, however; differing with the same, learned Magistrate took cognizance. Petitioners are ladies and have got clean antecedent.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Manjhaul, District - Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 244 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
