JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-12-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Mirganj PS Case No. 382 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that three unknown persons robbed the informant while returning back after collecting money. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown and except disclosure of his name by co-accused Manish Yadav in his confessional statement regarding his participation there is no other material. Neither he was put on TIP nor any incriminating or looted articles were recovered from his possession and he is in custody since 30.
4.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Sambhu Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM XVI Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj PS Case No. 382 of 2016.
