On getting confidential information, the informant, A.S.I of Motihari P.S. along with other police personnel conducted raid and during course thereof, two miscreants namely, Santosh Singh and Keshav Kumar Singh @ Jayant were apprehended, from whose possession loaded arms along with other items were recovered. During interrogation, they further disclosed the name of their associates in which name of petitioner also finds place. In spite of presence of criminal antecedent of the petitioner, considering the nature of the allegation, petitioner Govind Das is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53247 of 2018 (2) dt.10-09-2018 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 88 of 2018.
