JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-363, 366(A), 376 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration the allegation, levelled against the petitioner as well as stage of trial, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 26 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif stands rejected.
However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34922 of 2016 (2) dt.22-08-2016 2/2 possible, even by taking the trial of the petitioner on day-to-day basis.
